Warner Cleveland Smith, Jr., 70, passed away on September 4, 2011. Smith was running amusement parks for a living. The last 3 years he was fading into the grip of dementia.

Last week several parks suffered from flooding when hurricane Irene passed by. Now it was hurricane Lee who surprised some parks with a huge amount of water, flooding their parks.

The American coastal park Steel Pier in Atlantic City has been existing for 113 years. To turn around the downhill business new investors will renovate the park and even introduce a new rollercoaster.
