Last weekend, two cars of the rollercoaster Stella’s Revenge at Clacton Pier collided. Seven people suffered minor injuries and were treated on the scene: there was no need to transport them to the hospital.
Clacton Pier launched a statement, saying: “The ride is now closed pending a full investigation.” The reason for the accident is still unknown.
Stella’s Revenge is a so called Zyklon coaster, which has been operational in the park since 2011. It was bought from Barry Island Pleasure Park where the rollercoaster was named Viper.
